This position would suit a highly motivated Data Manager with appropriate knowledge and skills to work with data systems. The successful candidate will work with our CTMS (Clinical Conductor) and EDC (RedCap) to maintain and create our data base and provide accurate reporting .Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. The successful applicant(s) will be expected assist with recruitment, screening, patient logistics, data entry, query resolution and administrative duties as directed. Individuals who are willing to use initiative, build on opportunities and contribute to the long-term development of the unit are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Selection CriteriaPersonal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health AustraliaDemonstrated experience in clinical data management, familiarity with oncology clinical trials and basic statistical analyses skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in clinical data managementKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements or guidelines pertaining to the privacy of health informationDemonstrated ability to work autonomously but support team objectives through effective communicationExceptional organisational skills and accuracy in data managementAbove average competence in the use of computer applications and databases (especially Clinical Conductor, RedCap, Microsoft Access and Excel; basic programming knowledge is preferred but not essential)Ability to self-manage multiple deadlines and deliver data query requests on time and with consistent accuracy
