The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times with high level of personal presentation. The primary duties will include front office duties including greeting patients, patient registration, phone enquires, manage booking, follow payments details , taking payments, in person enquires, Scan follow up, emails and other general duties as directed by the team leader.
Your new role: Managing accurate patient bookings and registrationHandling counter service tasksGeneral administration duties relevant to Medical ImagingHandling day to day office dutiesEscalation of patient complaints Addressing any complaints/concerns that are raised by referring doctors to ensure
About you:Experience in medical Imaging reception, or diagnostic / Radiology reception, MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine and administration will be advanced.Strong customer service skillsComputer skills and MS office experience.Be proactive, positive attitude and high attention to detailsExcellent organisation skills, reliable and flexible approach.Well-developed communication skills includes interpersonal, verbal and writtenExcellent analysis and problems solving skills
