job detailsRandstad is recruiting for a 6 month contract for a state government department on the Gold Coast. The role will see you interacting with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, so customer service and relationship skills are paramount. The role is predominantly an administrative role, however there will be some reception duties and greeting clients as they come in and assisting with any queries they may have.
The role is a 6 month fixed term contract at the AO3.1 level ($66,744) and provides generous super of 12.75%
Key duties:
- Provide departmental information and advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilising various state government databases to find information and produce reports
- Financial tasks such as invoicing, cash handling, preparing accounts for processing
- Maintaining government registers for up to date information
- General administrative duties such as; fleet management, mail, procurement of office supplies, asset management and site maintenance updates
Skills/experience:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Customer service skills and the ability to liaise confidently with external and internal stakeholders
- The department has a covid-19 vaccination policy (2 doses)
- Experience using various databases
