The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be mentoring and leading a team for success! This role includes:

* Managing a team of 4-5
* Daily HR operations such as rostering, training and inductions.
* Client sales and consultations including a measure and quote service.
* Managing sales performance, customer satisfaction and overall profits by achieving budgets and KPI's
* Create a positive, fun and competitive work culture where your teams strive to be the best.
* Promote WHS practices and manage risks with your team
* Be available to work every weekend and you will rostered 2 week days off.

Essential Skills Required

* Sales, results and commission driven
* Hungry for success
* Have a positive and fun nature with high energy
* A real team leader and ready to build a dream team!
* Weekend availability ESSENTIAL
* Professionally presented and well-spoken
* Previous experienced in sales and measure and quotes highly regarded
