As part of our continued growth and ambition to become an ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Assurance Certified business, we have the need for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join the team on a contract basis to support in the development of our quality systems and documentation in our Project Management processes.
About you
You are a high performer with a minimum of 10 years of experience working in the Quality Assurance environment within the Project Management sector. You are detail oriented, and have a collaborative and consultative approach, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical focus and reporting skills.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director- ANZ, you will work closely with various stakeholders within the business to initially develop and then deploy a Quality Assurance program within Project Management.
This will include:Design & implementation of an overarching Quality Assurance ProgramDevelopment of applicable corporate policiesCreation of relevant quality related documentation. Example: templates, project plans and audit checklistsDesign a deployment plan and any relevant Learning & Development materials.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in the design and implementation of business quality processes Demonstrated change management experienceDetailed understanding of the Quality Assurance process within a Professional Services environmentExperience in compliance and audit management Demonstrated experience in leading the development of compliance review/audit programs that are aligned to risk and business needs
