Job summary
Our Client is THE Australian employer of choice and a brand that is renowned for their level of service into the Australian marketplace.With continued growth of the retail business and e-commerce platforms, we have a number of exciting opportunities to join the E-Commerce team as an inbound customer service representative.
Your role is to assist and support those who are experiencing concerns relating to their deliveries, damaged products through to stock shortages. You will be working across phone, email and online chat across a 24x7 roster and have full flexibility for 30-38 hours per week.
You will be a natural communicator with impeccable presentation, who thrives in exceeding expectations. You will be known for your positive outlook and amazing attitude and determination to succeed.
This role starts in the contact centre and you must be able to attend site one day per week at Mascot.
When working from home, you will need to have the following Home Office Requirements:
Minimum internet speeds of 28.8mbps Office Desk Suitable ergonomic chair Suitable space that is private With career opportunities within the contact centre and also within Head Office and other business divisions you are in charge of your DESTINY.
