About the role
Supporting the Branch Manager in the operations and day to day running of the branch, you will ensure the teams success as you oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:Coaching, developing, whilst supporting a small team of trade, sales and packing gurus to reach their full potentialProviding high levels of sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledgeManaging resolution, customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsContributing to a culture of Safety by putting safety first. Our teams prioritise safety, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home.
What were looking forSupervisory experience or be ready to take the next step in your careerPrevious trade, industrial experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience is highly desirableExperience in building strong relationships with internal and external customers, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating moments that matterA solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skillsHold a valid drivers licence
