In accordance with the client's instructions, the Contract Administrator serves as a Project Management resource for the Project enhancements team, assisting with enhancements activities and project delivery for all capital works on the project.
In addition to providing leadership to the Improvements team in achieving profitability goals and reducing risk exposure, the Contract Administrator supports the contractual components of the delivery of the enhancements activities as they apply to the project-managed works.
To ensure that risk is properly managed, the job offers efficient front-end leadership and long-lasting working connections with all internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain cooperative working connections with the team's various area leads and supervisors to guarantee successful project asset integration and modification.
Manage contracts and administer them in relation to the ongoing demands for the delivery of various packages, which includes coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project team.
Control contractual communications, notices, supply-related claims, and subcontractor agreements.
Exercise strong commercial leadership and guidance among the project team's stakeholders.
After work packages are awarded, manage the commercial components of the contracts, including interface and "Back to Back" business risks.
Manage the start-up and close-out processes for contracts as well as the implementation and management of contract administration plans, systems, and procedures.
