Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for an experienced office manager who has had exposure working within a construction. This is a local Canberra business which has been operating over the past 50 years. This role is an integral part of the organization as you will be customer facing, handling day to day enquiries and liaising with the directors and other internal departments.
What you will be doing
- Overlooking admin processes, assisting and managing our growing admin team
- Management of the office space
- HR rollout, onboarding, administration, filing and data accumulation
- Team training and compliance coordinating
- Fleet management and servicing coordination
- Assisting with incoming leads, data entry and workflow distribution through the operating system
- Accumulation and presentation of data reports from our operating system
- Coordinating of team marketing materials, uniforms and fleet branding
What skills and experience you need
- 2 + years of experience within a administrative or office management role
- You need to work to be able to work autonomously
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual, organized, able to work effectively under minimal supervision
- All candidates should meet the Right to Work in Australia criteria
