The Opportunity
At Shine Justice, we champion better justice for our clients. And as a New Client Team (NCT) Operator, that starts with you. Youll be the first person our clients speak with, making meaningful, long-lasting impact every day - for the people we support, our legal teams and the entire firm.

This is an initial full-time 6-month contract with a view to go permanent, depending on business needs. All electronic equipment will be provided, youll simply need a desk, adjustable chair and functional wifi.
With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by:
Responding to inbound calls and other communications. Cultivating strong relationships and trust through empathy and understanding, interpreting client needs and connecting them with the right legal team members. Answering questions, obtaining and recording accurate information, and identifying and qualifying needs for potential claims. Supporting the New Client Team with administrative tasks and optimising the use of internal systems to process information. Applying your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement so that we can stay ahead of the pack and deliver the best outcomes for clients. What youll bring
We truly care for our clients and you will, too. Youll be comfortable and capable of creating a safe environment for them to communicate their concerns and needs. Youll be naturally empathetic and have a resolute passion for helping people, especially those who may be experiencing trauma. Youll recognise and value the importance of your role in being the gateway to support for clients. The ability to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 7.15am - 7pm Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster. If youve had previous experience in a call centre, thats great but its not essential.
