They are now looking for someone to join them on their journey.
Your new role
As an Administration Officer your main focus will be processing of payments, preparation client and asset documentation and static data amendments within the Wrap Platform. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain awareness of Asset Services policies and procedures, business rules, Risk and Control profile and standards
- Escalate identified risks and issues to Manager as appropriate
- Respond to client queries accurately, and in a timely manner
- Process of ad hoc payment requests received
- Preparation of Asset Transfer documentation
- Monitor and execution of Work in Progress queues
- Tax Statement monitoring and collection process
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience within financial services, performing administration functions within superannuation, retirement income, custodian and/or unit trust teams
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong self/time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
