As a member of the Employment Relations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational ER advice to businesses with a solutions and customer-focused approach.

This is a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic ER advice to businesses
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve more complex HR issues
- Build your skills whilst working with in an experienced and supportive team
Key Requirements
- Understanding / exposure to the process or ER e.g. employee attendance issues
- Ability to work independently within a tight-knit and supportive environment
- An interest in employment relations and desire to further develop HR skills
