TLCU is located in modern offices in Belmont and are seeking a long term team player to join our successful, friendly, client driven prosthetic and physiotherapy practice.This opportunity is for a busy full time role, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with a flexible start in October 2022.

Our team presently consists of four clinicians, two technicians, physios and four administration staff. Our new Administration Specialist will play a key role in building client relationships and supporting our professionals in delivering exceptional service.

About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to receive and welcome TLCU clients & visitors by phone and in person, providing efficient and effective support. Also ensuring the smooth running of daily activities for clients and staff at TLCU. You are the first point of contact for our NDIS clients.
Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:- Process and assist with invoices, quotes, job sheets and acquittals Answer incoming telephone calls (alongside our Receptionist)Greet clients & visitors, update demographics, record weights, arrange client transportationAppointment scheduling, appointment confirmation and managementFile and client Plan managementClient recallsFollow up outstanding invoices and quotation approvalsSubmit documentation to government funding bodiesActive participation in the OH&S and Quality Management programsLeave cover for other Administration staff, as requiredAd-hoc administration duties as required by the Practice Manager / GM
What you'll need to succeed3 years previous experience in a similar admin/receptionist role, (preferably medical receptionist, but not essential)strong National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) experience (an advantage, but not essential)
It is however essential that you have experience in a similar Reception role, a high level of computer literacy, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. You must be highly motivated and be able to work autonomously and as well as collaboratively within our team.
