As the voice, face and first impression of the Association, you will be well presented, possess a pleasant and engaging phone manner, a big smile and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Features of this role include answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting guests, administering outgoing mail and providing general admin support. You will also play an integral role in assisting our very busy training department and our glamorous events.
If you have a willingness to learn, good computer skills and are well organised, further professional development opportunities exist for the successful candidate. Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role or a customer service-based role.
