About Our ClientA key client of ours, within the mining and energy industry has been expanding their business within the past 3 years, and as such, is looking for an associate level who will report directly to the COO (or owner).

Job Description
This key role will report directly to the owners, and you will be expected to report to the senior leadership team when required.Other key responsibilities include:
- Managing and handling the daily business operations of the business, including understanding site operation, and finance operation.
- Becoming the key right-hand person to the owners who will be responsible to communicate to multiple stakeholders.
- Providing business recommendations and meeting notes to senior management team.
- Conducting analysis on current business operations, and tracking and reporting important metrics.
- Identifying growth opportunities, leading discussions to advocate the business, and tracking the success of the strategies implemented.
- Collaborating on the business development with multiple business functions (Operations, Engineering, HR, and Finance) to drive key business decisions.
- Translating documentation and meeting notes when required.
- Organizing schedules of meetings, logistics, travel planning and e-mails of the COO.
- Supporting the COO in delivering strategic multi-dimensional business and assisting in preparing presentations, pre-read materials for the meetings and the follow up.
- Ensuring that administrative tasks and operational aspects are running smoothly for the COO.
- Conducting go-to-market strategy through research, and presenting actionable strategies for the expansion of their business.
- Attending meetings with external parties, and being part of the team to ensure business is translated into actionable plan.
The Successful Applicant
To seize the opportunity to work for a growing company, you should be/have:
- University graduate major with relevant
- Ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia are important because you are expected to engage with their key stakeholders in China on a regular basis.
- You must have the working permit to work in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work from Monday - Saturdays.
- Minimum 2 years working experience and maximum of 8 years working experience as a generalist in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
- Humble, not title driven and willing to be working independently.
- Track records showing the ability to maintain and build relationship with all stakeholders (both internal and external
- Ability to work in a lean team, and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Good team player, ambitious, professional, and not emotionally driven.
- Result-oriented individual with high achievement drive.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta, but with the opportunity to travel frequently outside Jakarta.
