Their extensive experience across a range of industry sectors including offices, heritage, residential, commercial and public buildings to name just a few, has help have a portfolio that demonstrates their adaptability in creating solutions.
Due to an increase in work demands and a number of projects that are due to start, we are now looking to source an experienced Architectural Technician to continue the success that has been achieved, based in their Hobart office.
About the opportunity
As an Architectural Technician you will be producing 3D architectural documentation that includes plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules using a variert of software including CAD and ArchiCAD.
You will work alongside the Architects in the division to produce design and documentation to be used for Building Permits and Development Approvals just to name a few duties.
This work will see you working on a variety of projects that include but not limited to commercial & residential projects, as well as heritage and sporting projects.
About you
This role is ideal for an experienced Architectural Technician that has demonstrated experience in using ArchiCAD software to complete their work.
To be considered for this role you must;
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar position
- Have extensive experience in using CAD & ArchiCAD software
- Have strong design and documentation skills
