Job summary
Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located 100km southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara.Our fully integrated operation features an open pit mine serviced by the biggest haul trucks in the world, a six-line concentrator and port terminal facilities at nearby Cape Preston. Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.
The Opportunity
CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking experienced All Round Operators (Dozer / Graders) to join the team on a permanent 2/1 roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.
We would like applications from safety conscious and competent operators that have at least 5 years experience tin surface mining operations. Ideally you will have experience operating on Unit Rig MT series electric dump trucks or equivalent: Cat D10 / D11T Track Dozer Letourneau D950 Wheel Dozer, L950 Front End Loader Cat 24M Motor Grader CAT RH170, CAT RH340 Excavator
Successful applicants will have: A current WA Manual Drivers Licence essential. Copies of current qualifications / licences must be provided. Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
