Position Description
Allrealty Pty Ltd t/a Australian Luxury Stays is an Adelaide based business committed to excelling in client services and management of a portfolio of fully furnished properties in short to long term accommodation.
This Property Management role is central to both Allreaty and Australian Luxury Stays and there must be a commitment to both property owners, guests and tenants.
The successful candidate will be an astute professional with experience in property management and an understanding of short term/holiday accommodation and bookings online, considered as a desirable attribute.
Role and Responsibilities
Provision of quality property management services with exceptional customer focus towards owners, tenants and guests
Execute all aspects of property management for short to long term leases ensuring lawful requirements.
Achieve high occupancy rates with increased revenue
Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations for reservations and housekeeping services
Coordinating payments and invoices in conjunction with the Finance Manager
Monitor guest reviews and analyse feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction
Foster the concept of direct bookings and repeat guests
Appraise properties to assess suitability to join the portfolio, short or long term and co-ordinate the onboarding process
Ensure a good relationship is developed/maintained with all suppliers and to utilise these relationships to gain the best service and arrangements for the company
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
You will need a vibrant personality, great customer service and exhibit an interest in furthering the company's automation.
Property Management qualification essential
Exceptional customer service skills allowing you to manage clients and suppliers at a high level
Experience in reservations an advantage
High level of computer literacy
Understanding of real estate/accommodation software, in particular Property Tree and Guesty, an advantage
Understanding of real estate legislation and short term rental regulations
Problem solving and time management skills
Flair for colour, design and interior presentation
