ABAlink are seeking a proactive and collaborative Program Supervisor to take charge of the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and behaviour intervention plans to assist them meet their NDIS goals.
This role will see you routinely liaising with client families, delivering practical workshops to junior staff, and engaging a high level of supervisory expertise.
If you are a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst ( BCBA) , Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst ( BCaBA) or substantially advanced towards these qualifications, with hands on clinical experience in the supervision , then we would love you hear about how you would like to make a real difference in joining our team!
What do you need to fulfil the role requirements?
A Master's degree in Psychology, Disability Studies, Education, Behavioural Science or Speech PathologyBoard Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or substantial progress to certificationHands on experience in supervising and delivering ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum DisorderExperience in writing and submitting reports to funding agencies - a critical element in ensuring that ABA Program services are continually delivered to the client, from initial consult to program conclusionAbility to conduct behaviour analytic assessments (i.e. VBMAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, AFLS, EFLs)Ability to design and implement behaviour analytic teaching procedures, including discrete trial instruction, incidental teaching, and task analysis.Ability to conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plansLooking to work closely and collaboratively with all team members
