Randstad have partnered with a local aged care facility in Ballina to assist them in finding a number of new permanent team members for where you can offer a personal touch and support your local community.
Your New Opportunity:
- a $2k sign on bonus
- salary between $25.32+ p/hr super
- provide personal care assistance with daily living
- assist with the delivery and administration of medication
- mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- maintain accurate health care documentation as required
- encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
- build relationships with our residents and their families
- adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent
- previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must have Australian work rights
- vaccinated against seasonal influenza, and have the relevant COVID and booster vaccinations in line with State legislation
