- Randstad is currently partnering with a SA Government Department to recruit a motivated and skilled Business Support Officer to join their Department on a direct Government contract for 12 months. The executive assistant is responsible for providing confidential and professional executive support to the Executive Director.

Key accountabilities for this role:
- Provide high level administration support to the branch
- Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible
- Coordinating and preparing correspondence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertaking research tasks to provide advise and information
- Providing Executive Officer support when required e.g Diary Management, Human Resource support and additional support
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a high volume, Business Support Officer role with demonstrated success
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion and adherence to professional business standards
- Solid experience of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
- Has availability Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
