Randstad is looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to join one of Australia's leading education providers. You will play an important part in providing customer service to students and ensuring they are well informed. You will be based from Caulfield and Clayton. This is a full-time permanent position within the education sector, if you are immediately available or ending a contract we want to hear from you!
Your new role
- Inbound and Outbound customer service
- Building relationships and rapport with customers
- Supporting customers through live chat, telephone calls and face to face interactions
- Database management
- Supporting customer with registration and sign ups
- Data entry and administrative tasks
- Complete data integrity checks
About you
- Extensive experience in front-line customer service and/or within a busy contact centre environment with demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding service to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as independently under general supervision
- An ability to carry out tasks maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft suite and ability to pick up new softwares quickly
