The Group Production Administrator Manager is responsible for the effective management of the following key areas to ensure the business can cost effectively and efficiently produce and transport its finished goods to customers: Packaging and fruit stock control Hired goods reconciliation and reporting (pallets and hired crates) Transport reconciliation and credit claims
Working in a small team across the group, your key responsibilities will include: Management of stock ordering from local and overseas suppliers in line with business forecasting Responsible for product onboarding:
Liaising with our chief production officer and Group Sales Manager regards stock forecasting Setting up and maintaining BOMs, assembly instructions, product codes Maintaining min/max points and MOQs Investigating stock discrepancies/variances/errors and making recommendations Managing the flow of materials in the factory to ensure production levels are met Management of fruit/production reconciliation process Review, check and verify SAP stock records against stock on hand actuals, undertaking effective stock management, including receipting, stock usage, stock rotating stocktaking and reconciling activities to provide optimal production and business outcomes Undertake and complete end-to-end checking processes from Sales Orders to Invoices in SAP, verifying all transactions have processed satisfactorily Optimise pallet control accuracy and traceability to reduce pallet hire costs and eliminate pallet losses Management and preparation of shipping documents, proof of delivery documentation and various other shipping office paperwork.
The successful candidate will possess: Previous finance and purchasing experience proficiency in the use of excel spreadsheet to an advanced level highly developed problem solving skills well-developed communication skills High attention to detail
