ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, Warrikal is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a stand-alone capacity on a permanent, full-time basis in West Perth. This new position will play a key role in shaping the growth of Warrikal by identify opportunities for developing our business systems, both IT and business processes.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst to step up into a more autonomous/consultative capacity driving process improvements across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working in partnership with our departments and business leaders to identify and implement business improvement initiatives to provide efficiencies to key operational processes, as well as their integration with our business systems Collaborate with internal stakeholders in translating business requirements into technical requirements Create and present reports and business proposals to executive leadership team to support recommendations Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes Lead our business systems planning by identifying, analysing and recommending new software solutions and their integration phase Assist with the development and maintenance of user training documentation on business systems to facilitate the smooth transition to future state Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel Develop tools within a Microsoft environment including using SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI to extract and manage data to provide valuable insights Coordinate with external app developers for development of new business applications Assist with the ongoing maintenance and support of existing and new business systems Support the leadership team in facilitating change management
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, your professional background will combine good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, strong business acumen and solid IT skills.
At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst within a medium sized organisation in a similar role involved in business process improvement Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical personnel, from end user level to directors Ideally have qualifications in IT, Computer Science or similar Experience working with a variety of business systems and proficiency in MS Office suite including experience with SharePoint, PowerAutomate and PowerBI Knowledge of general computer and network hardware and software Ideally experience with data warehouses, SQL or process mapping When you join Warrikal you will be joining a family; a workplace that is diverse, empowering, and supportive; a place where everyone is treated as equals with integrity and respect.
