Job summary
Arctic Air-conditioning is a leading family run Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Company based on the Sunshine Coast. Our business works with a range of clients including Builders, Real Estate agencies, Hospitality Venues, Aged Care facilities, Schools and local retailers.We currently have an opportunity available in our office for an experienced administrator who can run the day-to-day operations and oversee the management of all service work.
This position is full time with an immediate start.
The position will see you undertake a variety of tasks such as:Everyday use of Company operation software (SimPRO)Creating jobs for Airconditioning Servicing, Installs and Warranty bookings.Quoting Airconditioning Installs and Repair job. Purchase orders, Receipting of stock and Invoicing of goods.Invoicing of jobs completed.The abilities to schedule and prioritizing jobs calendar job movements for day to day staff work load allocations.Stock Management and Stock TakeLiaising with customers and suppliers via telephone and email, preparing quotations and processing orders.Managing customer warranty claimsAnswering incoming calls and attending to company emails
The successful applicant must have the following experience:Experience in similar role, ideally in the Airconditioning or Construction industry.Must have SimPRO experience Experience in Microsoft Office, Work and ExcelData Entry and Typing speed.Ability to manage time constricted workloads and ability to prioritise work against competing demands and timelinesBe able to solve problems with ease and think quicklyWork autonomously and as part of a team
The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail and accuracy, strong customer service skills and have a can-do attitude.
