Job summary
Ciao Melbourne!D.O.C Group are looking for individuals to join our supervisor team in Carlton! Were expanding our team at D.O.C Espresso and we are looking for full-time shift leaders, supervisors and venue managers to assist with managing day to day operations.
About us:
D.O.C Group is, and has been a Lygon street institution since 1997. We have since grown to a 7 Venue company across Carlton, Southbank and Mornington in Victoria and Surry Hills in Sydney. Were expanding our group and were looking for great new additions to our team to continue our growth.
About the role:
day to day operations will include:Supervising morning shifts in a fast paced but intimate and authentic cafe environment. Hosting or managing a busy section and contributing to the front of house team day to day. working alongside venue management in sales generation. Providing training and empowerment to junior team members. Providing enthusiastic and unapologetically Italian customer service to our clientele.Working alongside our kitchen to maintain the flow of service.Contributing to team morale, maintaining a positive, high energy environment.Maintaining a clean and hygienic Work environment for the team. Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace.
