Job Description
As a Manager / Associate Director you will:
- Inspire and energise your team of recruiters, setting the standard for exceptional commercial performance and customer service,
- Operate as an industry expert in your field, managing the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles helping clients find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Identify opportunities for new business with major accounts and secure local / national relationships
- Hire, train and develop team members and develop a clear strategic vision for your division
- Full responsibility for your P&L
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of success in agency recruitment and leading high performing recruitment teams
- A desire to initiate new relationships with a diverse client and candidate pools
- A commercial mindset and a natural drive for exceptional personal and team performance
- High resilience and excellent objection handling skills
