Job Description
- - Role Overview:
Key Responsibility
· Organise design workshops and document/develop to-be platform structure in consultation with Implementation team
· Must have experience in Process modelling (BPMN) and Gap Analysis
· Work with team to articulate user stories and acceptance criteria
· Experience in facilitating Discovery / Inception workshops
· Provide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders.
· Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement
· Identify which business processes need to be revised, created, or removed
· Experience with technical language of within the Agile Teams when communicating with Developers and TestersCompetencies & Skill Level:Business Improvement Analyst:
· Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in Business Analysis
· Strong Process mapping skills
· Over 3 years' experience working in software development environments.
· A strong understanding of Agile, its behaviours, tools, and techniques
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment and pivot quickly to adapt to changing circumstances
· Strong facilitating skills, presentation skills
· Experience in successfully engaging with vendors and working collaboratively with key client stakeholders/representatives and internal ICT support and operational personnel

· Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating the team.
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
· Experience working in the project ideation and discovery phase
· Experience in working with virtual (and shared) team of resources.
· Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, and presentations).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
· Proficient in process mapping tools
· Highly organised.
· Strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
· Strong Emotional Intelligence
· Ability to perceive, manage, understand, and reason with emotions, as a team member, when managing others and when identifying the needs of disparate stakeholders with sensitivity.Desirable:
· Qualifications in Scrum, Kanban or related frameworks
· Qualifications in Organisational Change Management
· Knowledge and/or experience in ITIL
