About The Role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team with exciting diversified premium portfolio including retail, office, industrial, aged care and childcare centre. This role is working directly with our director.
Assistant Property Manager will provide administrative and essential support to our property management on daily basis in order to assist property management department to maximise the performance of the management portfolio.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting Property Manager with the lease administration, execution, follow-ups, filing, scanning, invoicingAssist with lease administration including Rent & Market Reviews, Lease Renewals, Assignment of Lease, and Sub-lease etc.Assist with drafting, review and preparation of correspondence, reports and other documentations required by Property ManagersAssisting Property Manager with the inspections, communication with tenants, landlord, solicitors and other professionals for all management mattersAssist with liaising contractors for maintenance & repair works of managed commercial property portfolioAttend Entry & Exit inspections and routine inspections and compile condition reportsMaintaining property management CRM systemMaintaining all files and records up to dateOther administrative tasks as required and directedEnsure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this position, you will have:Previous experience in a similar property management/administration role preferredPrior experience in a role that requires a high degree of organisationAgents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate PracticeA tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce or Law is an advantageStrong and high level of attention to detailStrong experience and intermediate user of Microsoft Office programs with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint editingGeneral accounts and administration experienceAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh level of presentation and outstanding communication skillsSkill and experience in preparing, and formatting and proof-reading documents, including spelling and grammar, high level attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and flow throughout the documentProactive and self-motivated, team player and strong work ethic, willing to add value to the team and have ability to work with minimal supervisionValid drivers license and access to a vehicle
