We are a reputable international bridal and formal retailer who is looking for a self-motivated, sales driven Manager to join our team for a maternity leave cover (12 months). With 10 showrooms across Australia, we are the premier destination for brides looking for designer gowns at affordable pricing.Our stores are fast paced, fun, and offer a unique customer service experience, as you are invited to join our brides in one of the most important dress decisions they will make in their lives. A high level of professionalism, proven sales KPI results, and a previous history in maintaining highly effective sales and service oriented teams in a positive, professional work environment is a must.
Our new Retail Manager will have A minimum of 12 months retail management in the fashion industry and/or luxury goods. Bridal industry experience not essential, but a plus!Strong sales skills with the ability to exceed both individual and store KPIsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example, coach and develop team members, and manage performanceGreat personal presentationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGoal orientated, self motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learnCreative thinker and problem solver
This is a full-time position, working a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
