Job summary
We have partnered with an industry leader seeking a Desktop Support Team Leader to manage a small team of Level 2 Desktop Support professionals. You will be a customer focussed and will have excellent relationship building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a friendly and engaging demeanor.Responsibilities:
Daily management of your team Providing technical escalation support in AD, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange email, VMware, File and Print Servers, Email and document storage Stakeholder engagement and management Providing regular reporting to senior management to make sure the systems are running to their expectations and liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure that systems perform optimally What you'll need to succeed:
Demonstrated leadership experience of a Desktop Support team Excellent verbal and written communication and timekeeping skills You will bring strong practical experience with regard to implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure Good verbal and written communication, including technical documentation skills To be considered for this position you must possess a drivers license and the ability to work full-time in Australia without restrictions.
