Schlumberger is currently looking for Bulk Plant Operators to join MI Swaco team in Darwin.
Job Summary
Responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers, to identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work (SW), and manages risk during service delivery. This person manages bulk plant facilities to facilitate delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to wellsites, maintaining excellent quality control (QC) in accordance with company policies and procedures. The MI Fluids Plant Operator assists in training other Operators and trainees. This person ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts through observing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
ResponsibilitiesCutting Dry Bulk powered into tanks pressurizing and transferring to storage Silos.Mixing Fluids in LMP Brine, SBM and WBM, recording accurate volume.Forklift driving Unloading truck, Mixing fluids and Dry Bulk.Stock takesPicking ordersKeeping accurate record of Fluids and dry bulk stored.Keeping accurate record of products dispatched or used in mixing.Maintaining plant equipment, preventative maintenance.Centrifuging, Trouble Shooting, and Basic Lab testingReporting Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on timeBlend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program designCheck and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loadingFollow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loadingCoordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics TeamAssist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shippedLabel and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pailsMaintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept cleanParticipate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programsObserve HSE policies
Requirements:Reside in Darwin, NTMust have the full right to live and work in Australia (no sponsorship is offered for this role)No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on companys requirementMechanical AptitudeA valid Drivers License, Forklift License and Truck License (HR/HC/MC)Basic Plant Maintenance experienceKnowledgeable in basic computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
