job detailsRandstad are currently searching for multiple Mechanical Fitters for a long term project based in Potts Point beginning in late September. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a large reputable Engineering client aiding in the maintenance of Naval ships on a large Defence contract with the potential for long term work for the right candidates.

Job Requirements
- Must be a qualified Mechanical Fitter or similar
- Valid Work rights to work in Australia
- Must have experience within Heavy Industrial Mechanical Fitting (Marine highly desired)
- Hand Tools required
- Ability to follow directions and to work independently or part of a team
- Must be physically fit and be able to potentially work in confined spaces
- Tickets in confined space / working at heights / EWP preferrable
- Positive attitude towards safety
- Current DCAC Pass (Highly Desired)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check (+ International Police Check for visa holders)
