About the Role
We are looking for Business Support Officer who will be responsible to provide system administrative support to to ensure smooth business flow and office management.
An outgoing and reliable professional with excellent interpersonal skills looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. With experience in a firm or coming from an industry role you will have a sound knowledge in administration and finance looking to take on more responsibility. If you have experience in the disability services sector, you would be most suitable.

Good customer ServiceExcellent communication skillsPresenting face to face and over the phone tasksUnderstanding the policies and procedures of Plan managementEmpathy for disabled and their careers and familiesConflict resolutionComplaints managementUnderstanding of the NDIS portal and latest changes in the NDIS world
Administration Ability to handle multiple prioritiesAssist with the management of all aspects of the accounting functionCreating service booking and claiming from the portalAttention to detailsSpeed and accuracy
IT and AnalyticsTrouble shooting when issues ariseUnderstanding the systems and coming up with solutions.Generate reports for business analytics and also introduce business intelligence for future growth of the business.
Good in Finance and Bookkeeping Tasks:Accounts PayablesAccounts ReceivableBank reconciliationGeneral ledger reconciliationIntercompany transfers and reconciliationUnderstanding the concept of Plan management in the NDIS scenario
Qualification and relevant skills:Diploma in Business administration or relevant qualification Experience in an administration roleAdvance skills and knowledge of MS word, Excel and OutlookPrevious experience in using Xero app
