job detailsMy client are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to work across accounts in NSW & ACT.
They have been established for over 20 years and have become one of Australias largest and most trusted suppliers of refrigeration equipment. Through rigorous engineering protocols, testing and compliance process they have become uniquely placed as the exclusive importer of high-quality product from internationally renowned manufacturers. ...
They are a leading supplier of commercial refrigeration equipment via a vast dealer network, and direct to some of Australias largest corporate and franchise chains.
Identifies, generates and evaluates new business opportunities.
Grow refrigeration sales through new and existing channels as well as strong
product development.
Service and manage the existing accounts (500+). Includes regional travel into
NSW and ACT.
Evaluate and approach new direct sale opportunities be it through Fleet, QSR,
Supermarket or corporate.
Assist in clearing seconds at NSW warehouses through monthly dealer cycles.
Use CE to manage activities, opportunities, and accounts.
Be educated about Bromics products and processes to ensure customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieves profit/sales/growth targets
Negotiates with prospective customers to secure business under the most
favourable conditions.
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge to develop a network of
technicians to supply and install key ranges in the mining, pubs/clubs,
hospitality and health care
Develop and train refrigeration wholesalers on key ranges.
About you:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a B2B roles
Can do attitude: Proactive and self-motivated to see work through to completion
Customer focused: Driven to find solutions for customer needs. They must be motivated
by finding the right solutions for their customers, not on making quick sales at any cost.
Calm, friendly demeanour: They must be able to de-escalate tense situations and work
through to root cause
Great communicator: Clear, confident, and precise interchanges with attention to detail
Aptitude: Quick learner that can pick up our processes and approaches and can
implement them with limited supervision.
Ability to find and sense new opportunities/challenges
An excellent relationship builder with the ability to build and nurture
Have a sound business acumen
Self-motivated and autonomous worker
Good time management
Problem resolution skills
Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills
Ability to methodically multi-task, and organise work priorities
