Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that exceptional clinical support is provided to customers on organisation products; maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Supporting the surgical procedures in the hospital on a range of products on an 'as required' basis.
- Managing the clinical training and in-servicing scheduling in alignment with the sales strategy.
- Enhancing operating efficiency's including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
- Ensuring the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.
- Supporting the maintenance / development of customer profiles/ preferences.
- Fostering good teamwork, communication and execution across the state sales team.
- Providing support to the Territory Manager as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will display the following qualities:
- A background in medical sales or associated industry is highly desirable.
