Your new role

The Country CRM and Email Marketing Manager will lead email and customer segmentation strategy, activation. The Manager is the primary point of contact for campaign, event planning, customer profiling email marketing request. With prior experience in email deployment, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all components, from planning to set up and launch of the email programs and will be able to train the rest of the team. The CRM subject matter expert will be responsible for continuously improving email and direct channel experiences and optimizing the approach and programs to drive marketing outcomes The ideal candidate will have a strategic, analytical, collaborative mindset with the ability to manage email initiatives independently under general guidance and is eager to grow the email channel for Atlas.

Key Duties:

You will be responsible for the following;

- Contribute to planning, Developing, implementing and maintaining overall country email marketing strategy
- Maximize email marketing channel, create rules of engagement, design email journey for prospect and customer. Be one of the most effective demand generation channels
- Partner closely with countries marketing counterpart to design and deploy email approaches, identify target audience, design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Create country email calendars, ensure promote, personalized and accurate communications
- Design dynamic email engine to nurture prospect and customer according to customer preference and behavior. Developing the highly- complex or industry- approaches to drive the development of broad reaching programs/designs.
- Establishing research guidelines, best practices and standards. Top of mind to grow email list, minimize unsubscribes
- Analyzing, summarizing and presenting email programs results to functional teams and decision makers.
- Performs as the subject matter expert, review and upgrade email templates, using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Guides and mentors, a wide range of audiences. Provide subject matter expertise to the business and participate in teaching and training members of the work team.
- Build and optimise all email automation journeys/emails/ templates
- Maintain database integrity and compliance
- Carryout A/B and multivariate email tests

Your skills and experience

- 3+years of relevant experience on email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and/or web analytics. Proficient using marketing automation technology and experience with email automations tools
- Proven experience leading projects with no formal authority over the team involved.
- Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, data driven decision-making and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and the capability to be self-motivated and work independently with initiative and assertiveness.
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels.
- High attention to detail
- Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A strong work ethic, with an ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
