Your new role
The Market Performance Marketing AnalystPerformance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to developing reporting templates, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations to our marketing leaders. The work initiatives associated with this role include tracking and measurement (with an emphasis on digital marketing and ecommerce), data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration and statistical modeling.
Key Duties
- Marketing Analytics - maintain a deep understanding of corporate pipeline performance and better understand what drives positive business outcomes from a marketing perspective. Monitor marketing & direct contribution through the full funnel framework, generate insights and opportunities for improvement at each conversion point. Unite sales and marketing in common objectives to generate leads and fill pipeline in the most cost effective manner.
- Digital Analytics - Lead all reporting on website performance, marketing program performance and be the main power user of web analytics. Ensure proper tagging and facilitation of tagging for go forward programs and changes.
- Generate ad hoc reports, regular datasets and report information for end-users, using system tools and database analytics platform.
- Optimization / AB TESTING - Execute multivariate or A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the digital experience. Provide test outcomes, post-test analysis and recommendation for future tests.
- User Experience - Optimise website to improve ease of use (usability) and create the best user experience by exploring different approaches to solve end-users & problems. Conduct Usability Testing to understand users journeys and behavior to support website conversion. Leverage research results from other regions to better inform page or forms performance. Planning and executing measurement plans for digital media, social marketing, digital commerce and retail/shopper marketing campaigns.
- Development of reporting templates and dashboards in Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, QlikView
- Understanding disparate data sources and Ecommerce, Operational Performance, Social Commerce, Social Media toolsets for collating data through their interface or through the API.
- Developing performance reporting presentations by partnering with media team to develop a cohesive story that represents the clients business.
- A clear understanding of structured and unstructured data to process, analyze, massage and store for building queries based on business questions.
- Help define measurement strategy and overall planning for customers.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 3-6 years B2B marketing experience, with 4-6 years of that specifically in product marketing and a proven track record of success with technical content strategy and creation. Developer relations or community experience is a plus
- Experience working closely with a software development process and/or familiarity for developer teams.
- Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and balance customer needs versus business priorities
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
