Your new role
As a Customer Support Specialist for one of the most widely regarded Customer Support teams in Australia, you will champion the voice of the customers and collaborate with the teams and individuals in Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and other functions within the business. This role will give you the opportunity to delight the customers on their first call, focus on understanding each customer's needs, deliver the best solution for their situation, and ultimately provide great Customer Service and do so with a smile!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to support Australian businesses with banking
- Answer all incoming calls and queries via email in a professional and efficient manner
- Being the first point of contact for all general queries
- Educate customers on the products and services available
- Provide technical and account support to EFTPOS, Banking and eCommerce customers.
- Troubleshoot any issues regarding terminals and eCommerce enquiries
- Resolve all complaints through effective communication skills and escalate to team lead when needed.
Your skills and experience
The ideal applicant will have:
- Prior customer service experience from any industry over the phone and via email.
- A passion for customer service and fantastic phone manner
- Excellent written and communication skills should be second nature to you
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you dont shy away from working with new systems.
- An infectiously upbeat attitude and a bubbly personality.
