About Our ClientOur client is a global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services and Investments. Working closely with the local and global Finance Director, the Finance Transformation Manager will act as the key Finance point of contact and ensure the smooth integration of 5 new business lines.
Job Description
The role of the Finance Transformation and Integration Manager will include the following responsibilities:
- Act as the key Finance point of contact for the transaction and smooth integration of 5 new business lines
- Prepare a Finance Integration Plan together with the target (AR, AP, Payroll, GL etc)
- Prepare modelling for monthly financial statements for balance sheet, profit and loss between signing and closing the transaction
- Prepare and respond to all adhoc information requests from internal or Target teams
- Provide assistance at end of month to the local finance team for any EOM adjustments relating to the transfer
- Prepare reports/memos for use by the technical accounting team detailing the business and transaction
- Attend technical accounting meetings and document outcomes
- Work with external advisors on the transaction
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 8 years experience in Finance, ideally within Property or Real Estate
- Previous experience in a large project management business is essential
- Previous experience working on Mergers and Acquisition projects and financial integration is essential
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including Senior Management
- Exceptional time management and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and strong technical background
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and with little guidance
- TM1 and Peoplesoft system skills highly desirable
