Job Description
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate internal and external recruitment.
- End to end recruitment processes.
- Draft and complete recruitment advertisements with a focus on attraction in the current market.
- Support hiring managers with shortlisting.
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure all new employees receive a prompt and accurate contract of employment.
- Support the management of casual talent pools for short term needs.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1.5 - 3 years in a recruitment role managing your own portfolio.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- A valid drivers licence.
- Experience in the NFP or health care space is highly desirable but not necessary.
- Willing to conduct regular site visits.
- Experience using BigRedSky will be highly regarded but not necessary.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
