Product Development Specialist
The Product Development Specialist is responsible for providing and sourcing the subject matter expertise required for product content design and development. This role will contribute to the development of quality content as part of the instructional design process through the utilisation of key industry inputs.
1. Provide industry experience on a range of discipline specific products aligned to the training package being developed to ensure advice collated and communicated is contemporary and fit for purpose.
2. Design, write and review compliant teaching, learning and assessment resources by writing Assessment Tasks, Assessment Marking Guides, Student Assessment Guides, and other related learning materials, that are well structured and formatted and easy to follow by the intended audience.
3. Gather and source core content and supply source materials, reference items, and supplemental resources used to validate product development.
4. Source and input first-hand technical knowledge, anecdotal stories, industry examples, case studies and best practices that can be shared with others to improve knowledge exchange and transfer.
