Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator/Bid Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management Team working within the Client Solutions team. This opportunity will focus on contributing to the continued growth of the largest division within Cushman & Wakefields Australian business. You will play an active and integral role in our dynamic team.
About Us
The Client Solutions business unit is responsible for the pursuit and delivery of new business activities, retention of existing clients as well as the preparation, production and submission of bids for our Australia & New Zealand business and manages or contributes to the same across the Asia Pacific region and the globe. Our main aim is to enable the business to meet its new business strategic growth goals year on year.
Your Impact:
Manage bid/submission activity, implementation of best practice in submission production, developing innovative and impactful submissions together with the Bid Manager and manage timelines and material required for submission and pitch responses.Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables and graphs in line with our brandingReview proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to submissionCoordinate document production and deliverySource/compile non-technical content including CVs, company information, insurances, ISO certificatesCreate post bid submission presentationsWork with the Bid Director on developmental feedback to continually raise the bar on expectations and performance.
