- Liaising and coordination between key operational areas - specific focus on interpersonal skills required for the role
- Assisting with creating new projects and administering finances for established projects
- Administration tasks such as document management, tracking, sorting and data input
- Manage and process requisitions, vendor purchase orders and invoices
- Manage the status report for the portfolio of projects
- Collate weekly and monthly reports with relevant data
- Place requisition forms and manage invoice processing for project activities
- Event coordination and assist to organise travel and accommodation requirements for staff attending training, working at alternate locations
- Assist managers with induction and set up requirements for new employees
- Support training of the team & liaising with managers
- Prepare reports as required & requested
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Previous experience within the Project Support area
- Previous Local Council experience
- Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, with numerous stakeholders
- Must undergo a police check, if suitable
