We are proud to currently be partnering with a State Government client in helping them recruit for an AO2 Administrative Assistant / Conference Room Coordinators.
Your new position
As an Administrative Assistant your duties will be:
- Assist in the Management of conference room facilities, including the processing of bookings
and room set-up requirements (moving tables, chair, whiteboards, flip chart etc) at multiple
sites in the CBD.
- Assist in the processing of payments and invoices associated with the use of conference
room facilities
- Assist in promotional and advertising duties in conjunction with Manager, Marketing and
Communications to ensure maximisation of facilities usage
- Data entry
- Account maintenance
Your Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following to be successful:
- Previous experience within a similar role required
- Public or Private sector experience is desired
- Dealing with sensitive and confidential documents
- Achieve results with minimal supervision
- Have high attention to detail
What Youll Receive
- $35.04 per hour plus super
- Brisbane CBD location
- A dedicated Government Consultant
