Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service centre.
- Competency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Certificate in Business/Finance or equivalent (desirable).

- Customer-focused with the flexibility to adapt to different personality types, fostering excellence in all customer engagements.
