Role Overview:

As a Data Remediation Analyst, you will provide support in the operation, governance and improvement of content management systems including but not limited to OpenText and Content Server. You will provide data analysis of data quality, outputs and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Responsbilities:

- Ensure data inputs are of appropriate quality and are aligned with the Manage Information core process.
- Define data quality standards.
- Build and/or program remediation tools.
- Support Document Controllers, business administrators and end users to identify, prioritize and understand data quality and data flow risk and issues.
- Proactively working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and drive improved accuracy and availability levels
- Work with vendors and software providers as required to improve quality and scope improvements to systems.
- Scope and generate ongoing assurance reporting capability to assess data quality.
- Actively participate in the scoping, planning and project management of system upgrades.

Skills

- Strong communications skills required to manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to clearly articulate problems, causes and solutions
- Proactive with strong analytical capability

Experience

- Background in Data Management ideally including remediation of large volumes of data
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in visualization software preferably PowerBI
- Understanding of the document lifecycle as it related to Operations or Engineering (desirable) Continuous Improvement experience (desirable)
