My client is clearly the most successful high end tier 2 builder in Brisbane at the moment and throughout Australia. Due an ever increasing workload they are currently seeking Finishes Foreman to work on a high profile High rise appartments project in the South Brisbane.
Your Position
...
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as Finishes Foreman on High-Rise Projects (commercial or residential). Reporting directly to the Sr Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones.
You will be working within a harmonious team whom all report into an experienced and professional Project Management team.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have recent experience as a Finishes Foreman on High-Rise developments $50M+
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Management and sub contractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- Ability to hold tool box talks and promote safe work sites
- Ability to write a short term construction program
