As the Contact Centre Consultant you will be at the frontline of the businesses distribution sector in charge of delivering products to major retailers around Australia. Your duties will include:
- Managing incoming email and telephone enquiries
- Working towards KPIs
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and in a timely manner
- Working with systems and processes to create a streamline experience
- Provide admin support inline with the needs of the business
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
- Confident and clear communication skills
