About Our ClientWe are working with a large Federal Government agency seeking a Performance Case Manager to fill in an APS 5/6 position for a 6-12 month contract.
Job Description
As an APS 5/6 Performance Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of HR people management issues, such as performance management and Code of Conduct.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Management of complex Performance Management and Code of Conduct Cases
- Providing advisory services to management across the Division and Department on Best Practise Case Management
- Create HR processes and policies
- Provide HR advice to managers and staff to address under performance
- Undertake and coordinate Code of Conduct investigations / review of actions
- Provision of early intervention support
- Undertake research, evidence collection, data analysis and report writing
- Help evaluate government programs and administration
- Complete specific audit assignments as a member of a team, including research, evidence collection, data analysis and report writing activities
- Help encourage and promote effective teamwork
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have extensive government experience working within HR or Case Management role. Your will have the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and communicate with sensitivity and empathy.
Skills and Requirements
- An Australian Citizenship is required
- Hold or maintain a Baseline Security Clearance or NV1
- Experience in working within a federal government agency
- Experience in performing tasks closely to HR functions
